Norrel Robertson is a Scottish Master of Wine who landed in Calatayud almost by chance after making wines in different parts of the world. His wines transmit his character, eclectic and innovative, and at the same time, they are very well imprinted with the essence of Calatayud, its old Garnacha vines and its high altitude slate soils.

Taste

Medium-bodied, elegant, with balanced acidity. Brings notes of dried apricots and mango. It is long and intense.

Description of The Cup & Rings Albariño On Lees

The grapes were hand-picked in small 20 kg boxes. Fermentation was then carried out in small stainless steel tanks at 17-18ºC. The wine was then aged on its lees for 17 months in stainless steel tanks.

Manual, made in boxes of 15kg. In the early hours of the morning of September 15, 2013. The grapes are conserved cold until they are gently pressed for 7 hours. The wine remains on reservoir lias for 22 months, before filtration and bottling.
