Norrel Robertson is a Scottish Master of Wine who landed in Calatayud almost by chance after making wines in different parts of the world. Description of Manga Del Brujo
Manga del Brujo is the first wine that Norrel Robertson, one of only 261 Masters of Wine, produced in Calatayud. It is predominantly made with 70-100 years old Garnacha, the same variety that conquered him more than a decade ago when he arrived in these lands of Zaragoza. This Garnacha Coupage of old vines and Syrah elaborated at 800 meters above sea level is aged for 5 months in new and used barrels.
