AT Roca
In the Ordal area, Agusti Torello Sibill, together with his son Agusti Torello Roca in 2012, undertook a project aimed at producing great sparkling wines focused on the landscape. Wines with a singular capacity to bottle a territory marked by a vineyard worked in the most respectful way on the characteristic calcareous soils of the area. Precision and identity, incredible wines.
Tasting notes
Look
Clean and bright, it has a subtle pale pink. Fine and persistent bubble of average development with abundant formation of rosaries and crown.
Smell
Dominate the aromas of russet on a background of red fruits which include strawberry and raspberry. Its clean, open and elegant.
Taste
Wine is balanced, round and elegant palate is very fruity, fresh and great acidity, fine and elegant, with very creamy and well combined carbon.
