Veuve Clicquot

Maison founded in 1772, Barbe Nicole Clicquot Ponsardin, his young widow of 27 years, decided to take the direction of the family business and became one of the first businesswomen in modern times. Producing in 1810, the first documented vintage in Champagne, one of the most recognised brands in the world was born, and in 1986 it became part of the LVMH group.
Its cellars have been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
