Transit time

The normal time of reception of an order is 24/48 working hours after the order is placed in Spain and Portugal. In case the order is placed before 3:00 p.m. and as long as stock is available, the order will be shipped the same day.

The transit time for European Union orders is 3 to 4 days. In case the order is placed before 3:00 p.m. and as long as stock is available, the order will be shipped the same day.

The customer will receive an email with the tracking number.

If the package is not picked up

The shipping price includes a total of 2 delivery attempts.

If the customer could not receive the package in these two attempts, the company will return the package(s) to our facilities if it has failed to contact the customer by phone several times.

The customer will decide to reprocess the payment of a new shipment of his order or get a refund of his order minus the part of shipping that Enbotella.com will charge in any case to the customer.

Customer responsability on the last mile

All our packages are shipped with an external anti-shock protection system.
