Immortalis Garnacha, D. O. Calatayud de Bodegas Ayles is a 100% Garnacha single-varietal, from vineyards of 40 years and older. It is harvested by hand from old Grenache vines. It is a wine without make-up, which expresses the terroir from which it comes, a wild Garnacha grown at altitude and with very low yields.
