Aldeya Red from Wineries Aylés. A wine for the day to day with very well elaborated coupage. A young and fun wine composed of 4 varieties of grapes, a coupage of Tempranillo, Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, something unusual in this price range. Notas del Viñedo

Ecological vineyard, with denomination of protected origin -DOP-, occupies an area of 53 hectares of Garnacha, Tempranillo, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and Chardonnay. The location, around the cellar, allows the grape to start The process of processing immediately after being harvested. The calcareous clay composition of the soil allows to store the sparse spring water to supply the vine throughout its cycle to the vintage. There are slow sprots with delays about 15 days with respect to other areas at the same height. All this provides a vegetative cycle and long and late maturation.
