Description of Tres De 3000 De Ayles Vino de Pago
Of 3000 hectares that Pago de Aylés has in its estate, the winery chooses only 3 of its plots each year to produce the 3 of 3000, a red wine of precision viticulture. The coupage has been made with Grenache, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, all come from the three selected hectares. Produced separately in small tanks and rested in French oak barrels for 12 months. The most awarded wine of the winery.
