Description of 8.0.1 Limited Edition
The first edition of the 8.0.1. was produced on the occasion of the winery's 60th anniversary in 2004 and was a limited selection of the 1998 Cabernet Sauvignon, 2000 Merlot and 2001 Syrah varieties. Since then, the winery has wanted to maintain a limited production of this elegant signature wine, selecting different vintages for each variety. During this last vintage, from the year 2020, both the image and the wine have been completely renewed.

Making notes
For 30 days, the fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks are carried out at a controlled and constant temperature of 28-30ºC. Next, they proceed to the malolactic fermentation in American oak barrels and aging for 4 months. Subsequently, it is transferred to American oak barrels of 3rd and 4th year, where 12 months stay. Finally, it is passed to stainless steel deposits, where you rest up to your bottling.Climatología
