The cava Agusti Torello Gran Reserva Barrel has a ageing minimum of 30 months in the cellar.its aroma is intense with fruity notes of green apple and fine balsamic touches of toast and spices. Dry and glycerine in the mouth. Its foam is dense and creamy, highlighting the freshness of the fruit and balsamic notes on a background of toast and vanilla.

Handbook. A part of the macabeo ferments in new French oak barrel "tronçais" for 6 months. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle. Minimum aging of 30 months.
