Description of Freixenet Elyssia Rose
This Rosé cava has in its base wine Pinot noir planted in the Pago Mas Bernich, property of Freixenet in full heart of the Alt Penedès . It is a brut that shows itself tremendously fruitful and elegant, with memories of raspberry, redcurrant and cherry on the nose and a passage through mouth tasty, greedy and with a refreshing acidity. It has received the Silver Bacchus award in the 2020 edition.
