Look

Lemony yellow gold.

Smell

First manifested traits of aging in bottle and a background of sea water, eucalyptus and white fruit of deep memory of the albariño. Background toast and almond shells.

Taste

The palate is broad, tasty, creamy and fresh. Again the variety own notes appear with the end of the sweet and fresh mouth.

Mar de Frades Brut Nature is a special and different sparkling wine as it is made with variety Albariño. These grapes were harvested 10 days before those used in the rest of the wines of the winery in order to guarantee a fresh Brut Nature where the variety was the protagonist. The nose is fine, complex and expressive. On the palate it is wide, tasty, creamy and fresh.

Making notes
