Description of Paco & Lola Albariño

Paco y Lola Albariño 2019, is a white wine from area with D. O. Rias Baixas that leaves no one indifferent. Behind its characteristic polka dots and innovative designs there is a cooperative wine project (Vitivinicola Arousana) that brings together 430 winegrowing partners to produce wines in the Salnes area for the last 15 years. The winery manages almost 220 hectares divided into more than 2000 plots. Traditional horizontal vines and sustainable agriculture. Since 2010 the winery is a member of the Life Project "Viñas Atlanticas" an innovative project that involves all winegrowers to minimize the use of chemicals, through different techniques and coordinated actions within an Environmental Management System. A refreshing Albariño, with citrus and herbaceous notes and a slightly bitter finish that makes it ideal for product gastronomy, sea, and for any moment of relaxed drinking.
