Description of Protos Clarete Rosé
Protos Clarete 2019 is a rosé wine made with Tinta del Pais grapes in the Province of Valladolid. The grapes come from high altitude vineyards (950 mts) and are elaborated by means of a cold maceration for 15 hours and subsequent bleeding, clearly preserving all the fruit power of the variety. Fermented in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 15º.It is a sweet rosé, full of red fruit and seeds, which retains a refreshing acidity thanks to a very early harvest that makes it a balanced and versatile rosé for all tables and moments.
