Nota de CataTasting notes

Look

Attractive pink, strawberry, very much alive

Smell

Aromas of great intensity reminiscent of red fruit jam (strawberry, raspberry), dairy products and fresh herbal notes.

Taste

The palate is tasty, lively and fruity finish with very good persistence. Very personal, more structure than usual in this type of wine, intense, very fragrant, full-bodied and great aromatic range.

Descripción de L De Ayles Vino De Pago RosadoDescription of L De Ayles Vino De Pago Rosado

Aylés has presented in this year 2020 what may be one of the best rosé wines of Spain. The L of Aylés of the 2019 vintage is different because of its particular origin and the characteristics of a unique vineyard located a few kilometers from Mezalocha, a town very close to Zaragoza. It is elaborated with the varieties Garnacha and Cabernet Sauvignon and presents a vibrant acidity on the palate and some citric and floral notes on the nose. A perfect rosé wine for gastronomic occasions.
