Immortalis Monastrell, D. O. Bullas from Bodegas Ayles is a 100% Monastrell monovarietal, from vineyards of 50 years old and over. This wine offers the typical aromas and tasting notes of a Monastrell varietal, but with enough structure helped by its stay in new barrels which gives it more complexity and finesse.

45-year-old vineyards located between 700-1000 meters above sea level, on a clay, calcareous and stony soil.

Making notes

The grapes come from very old vineyards and with low yields. The vintage took place during the second week of October at its optimal moment of maturation. Subsequently and after passing through the selection table, only with the grapes in perfect sanitary condition, the wine begins its fermentation. Forewealth of 6 months of French oak.
