Making notes

Elaborated with the best grapes of Glera of the Italian region Device, Freixenet Prosecco is both unique and delicious. The whole grape is pressed with delicacy and the must place a slow cold fermentation process. In this way, they securely dry the delicate aromas and the freshness of the grape.The second fermentation takes place in pressurized steady steel deposits at controlled temperature. The result, after a few weeks, is a frothy, fresh and seductive sparkling wine, with natural sugars.
