Borsao was founded in 1958 as a cooperative until the present day, bringing together the 3 most important cooperatives in the area. Located in Borja at the foot of Moncayo, Borsao launches some of the most renowned and consumed garnachas in the world.

Vineyards between 15 to 25 years old with clay-lime, stony and almy soils.

Making notes

Film maceration for 3-4 days and total between 10-12 days. Fermentation of each variety separately in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of between 22ºC-24º C
