Borsao was founded in 1958 as a cooperative until the present day, bringing together the 3 most important cooperatives in the area. Located in Borja at the foot of Moncayo, Borsao launches some of the most renowned and consumed garnachas in the world.

Borsao Bolé is a red wine produced by Wineries Borsao in Borja, a town approximately 30 minutes from Zaragoza, and which has, as it could not be otherwise, the Campo de Borja Denomination of Origin, extraordinary for the cultivation of the best Garnacha grapes in the world. Borsao Bolé wine is made with Garnacha (70%) and Syrah (30%) grapes and it is aged for approximately 3 months in French oak barrels. A good choice to pair with Stews, Meat Rices and Vegetables.

Notas del Viñedo

Vineyards between 15 to 30 years of age for the Garnacha and 10 years for the Syrah, cultivated in clay-lime, stony and albosum soils.

Making notes

Maceration for 12-15 days in total. Fermentation of each variety separately in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of between 22ºC - 26ºC. It has a 3-month aging in barrel bordelesa de oak French first and second wine.
