Notas del Viñedo

All ontack parcels are located in municipalities belonging to D.O. Somontano of the province of Huesca. The special conditions of the Somontano make it an excellent place for the cultivation of the vine by a high thermal difference between the day and night during the maturation of the grape, in this way a slow maturation is ensured. The texture of the soil is frank-sandy, for that reason it is permeable to water.
