Nota de CataTasting notes

Look

Bright, clean straw yellow

Smell

intense aroma, marked by hints of honey, candied fruit and floral and citrus notes. This intense varietal character is enhanced with toasted and spicy notes provided by the barrel.

Taste

Excellent density on the palate. Magnificent equilibrium acidity-sugar, more inclined towards the side of the freshness and the nerve to the sweetness. Satiny, sweet and refreshing at the same time.

The Winery

Enate

Enate is one of the leading and driving wineries in the Somontano area of Aragon. A historic winery with decades of experience working the vineyards in the Barbastro area and managing to perfect the identity of its reds with Bordeaux varieties and probably some of the best whites in Aragon.

Notas del Viñedo

All ontack parcels are located in municipalities belonging to D.O. Somontano of the province of Huesca. The special conditions of the Somontano make it an excellent place for the cultivation of the vine by a high thermal difference between the day and night during the maturation of the grape, in this way a slow maturation is ensured. The texture of the soil is frank-sandy, for that reason it is permeable to water.
