Elaborated from the mixture of grape varieties that, reached its optimum point of maturation, are manually harvested in boxes of 20 kg. They are gently pressed and, as in the 70s, the must is taken to a deposit of Concrete for its managing. The alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks and finished this process the wine will go along with the fine lia to complete its aging to used barrels and boots that have previously contained two, three and more wines. Finally, the wine rests in barrels of 300, 400 and 500 liters capacity around 8 months, with periodic tastings.Climatología
