Nota de CataTasting notes

Straw yellow color with golden hues.

Interesting because of its complexity, we noticed not only fruits like pear, apple, gooseberry and white flowers, but appear more complex aromas of dried fruits and spices.

In its passage through the palate our senses perceive softness, notes salinity and a final elegant acidity that provides freshness and aftertaste flowers and nuts.

Descripción de Monopole Clasico Dry White WineDescription of Monopole Clasico Dry White Wine

Monopole Classic White, from Bodegas CVNE, is the oldest brand of white wine in Spain since 1915. It is a complex, elegant and fresh wine. The singularity of this white wine based on the Viura resides in the contribution of a small quantity of Manzanilla elaborated according to the traditional method followed by a biological aging under velo de flor that contributes to the wine some characteristic notes of camomile and dry fruits. In addition, it increases the sensation of freshness due to its great acidity and tremendous length.
