Description of Langlois Chateau - Pouilly Fumé

Pouilly Fumé is one of the best ambassadors of the whites of the Haute-Loire. It is characterized by being, among the Sauvignon Blanc monovarietals, the one that can best boast of body and rich texture. Part of its success has to do with the stony and calcareous "caillotte" soils that deliver fine, light and fruity whites. This wine will be a real delight for lovers of dry whites with mineral notes.
