Description of Baltasar Gracian White Wine De Hielo

Baltasar Gracián is the main range of Bodega San Alejandro, D. O. Calatayud. Aromatic intensity from a selection of the best grapes. High altitude vineyards, different orientations and exceptional soils of slate and gravel which together with the age of its vines, of traditional goblet shape, produce exquisite quality harvests.

Vineyards between 20 and 40 years at high altitude and different orientations located in the highest areas, nearly 1,000 meters of altitude. The floor is clay-calcareous and rocky.

Making notes

Late vintage wine, maceration in press. Pressed by grapes overmate and dehydrated and with a great concentration of aromas. Slow fermentation at low temperature.
