Description of Niño Mimado Garnacha

This very special project for the winery was launched in 2018. Niño Mimado is a wine that represents the relationship between man and nature and perfectly reflects the characteristics of the land. The influence of the soil is inevitable and this can be perceived in minerality and in balsamic notes: thyme, eucalyptus and rosemary open up on the nose and culminate on the palate. Fermented in oak barrels for 16 months, it retains freshness and a pleasant acidity. The entry to the mouth is lively and fresh, complex with the grace of the Grenache, and the medium-long and very expressive finish.
