It is made with 3 of the most characteristic grape varieties of this Denomination of Origin, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. This coupage gives the Moët & Chandon Brut Imperial a taste dominated by notes of pastries and fruit, and its elaboration process, by the traditional method of Champenoise (discovered by the Monge Dom Perignon) ensures that only excellent bottles reach the market and are able to resist the passage of time.
