Taste

They appear again notes of fresh fruit. Unctuous, sweet and elegant with a soft touch of bitter finish. Good acidity. It has a structure that favors its persistence. The aftertaste is complex and intense.

The workhorse of the emblematic José Pariente winery. Established in the Rueda Denominación de Orgien, José Pariente Verdejo, one of the great players in Spain's white wines. In this José Pariente Verdejo we will find intense and fresh aromas with an amalgam of white fruits and citrus. on the palate, the notes of fresh fruit appear with great intensity. An ideal wine to pair with fish, pasta, rice and white meat.

Making notes José Pariente Verdejo

Notas del Viñedo

The grapes come from old vineyards located at the Altiplanicie of the Douro River, in the highest area of the northern plateau of Spain. Characterized by its rolling platform, it is poor in organic matter and presents some limestones in the highest levels.

Making notes

Behind the vintage, the musts fertilized stainless steel deposits, concrete and wooden tubs. After this, the wines remain with their lees for 4 months and, subsequently, the coupage of these three vinifications is made.

Climatología

Continental of Atlantic influence that forces strains to look for water resources in the deepest of subsoil. The 2019 vintage was marked by a year of temperatures according to each season of the year in general terms and a shortage of intensified precipitation as months passed (from January to September). These conditions mark an elegant, very balanced vintage (due to this moderation of temperatures) and a great freshness that has been translated into wines with great guard capacity.
