Laurent Perrier Cuvée Rosé first appeared on the market in 1968, the result of audacity and skill of the century-old maison directed by Bernard de Nonancourt. Produced 100% with pinot noir from some of the best icrus of Champagne, this sophisticated rosé sparkling wine is characterized by its great freshness and intense aroma of ripe red fruit. Delicious.

It comes from 10 different vineyards in the most beautiful terrues of Champagne: Ambonnay, Bouzy, Louvois and Sur Marne Tours.

Making notes

Selection and scoring the grapes. The technical facilities of Laurent- Perrier, are expected especially to provide a perfect domain of the maceration phase that lasts three days and allows to extract the color and save all the aromatic richness of the Pinot Noir. Unlike most pink champagnes, the base of it is obtained by the process called "Saignée" (bleeding) and not only by the mix of red wines and white wines. Aging is minimum of four years.
