Description of Champagne Laurent-Perrier Blanc de Blancs

Laurent-Perrier has always selected Chardonnay as the dominant grape variety in all its white Cuvées and has been a pioneer of the zero dosage, Brut Nature category since 1981. The House had to carry this grape variety through a Cuvée; only Coteaux de la Montagne de Reims and Côte des Blancs wines planted in Chardonnay with low acidity and picked at perfect maturity have been selected to go into the blend of this Blanc de Blancs. Perfect mastery of vinification and aging in stainless steel vats has enabled us to express a new type of Brut Nature at Laurent-Perrier.

Making notes

A perfect balance is required between the wines of the harvest and the reservation wines before entering the cellar. After age for an ideal time in our cellars, the wine was scrapping without any dose.
