The payment of PlanaCor, from which the grape is proceeding with which it is made, is one of the older Chardonnay vineyards of the Somontano, a plateau located at a height of 430 m. The floor is frank-sandy texture

Making notes

After a cold debruba for 60 hours of the fun flower, the alcoholic fermentation in french grain French oak (1.5mm) and medium roasting is carried out. Each barrel is equipped with a refrigeration coil to maintain fermentation temperature around 18 ºC.The continuation and prior adaptation of lactic bacteria to alcohol and pH, the must perform the malolactic French oak barrels. The breeding of the wine is carried out on the lees, adjusting the level of turbidity to maintain a colloidal mattress that amougles the sensory impact of the barrel and respects the varietal character.

Climatología

Microclimate similar to the Interior Mediterranean, with moderate winters, dry and warm summers and a high thermal oscillation throughout the day.
