Tasting notes
Look
Attractive, with good intensity, very vivid and purple trim.
Smell
Fruit present, both red and black, combined superbly with fine and elegant wood. also appear very pronounced licorice tones so typical of the variety, also leaving a sweet tooth touches the end.
Taste
Large and tasty, in it we can find the wood clean and fine but the nose like the fruit also present, leaving enough memory and length.

Description of Tarsus Roble
This Tarsus Oak is part of a project of the Tarsus winery, which is a subsidiary of the Pernod Ricard group. This is a single-varietal Garnacha aged for 4 months in American and French oak barrels with a very good balance between the fruity tones and those left by the wood. Teresa Rodriguez, oenologist of the project, talks about this wine as follows: With Tarsus Roble we wanted to complete the range of Tarsus with a wine that perfectly reflects the characteristics of the Ribera del Duero. We seek to satisfy a consumer who is looking for younger and quality products
