Description of Pazo de Rubianes 1411, Albariño
1411 bottles were produced from only the tear must of this plot wine. Cold maceration and temperature-controlled fermentation, followed by ageing on fine lees. A crisp and precise Albariño resulting from the best grapes of the pazo. Aromatic and serious at the same time, a complex wine that does not lose the identity of the Salnés. Perfect with shellfish, canned seafood and anchovies.
