Description of Pazo de Rubianes

Pazo de Rubianes Albariño is the flagship of the winery with the same name. An exceptional estate entirely controlled by the property that represents a unique example of its kind in Galicia. A wine made in the traditional way and the result of a work of recovery of the vineyards surrounding the pazo during the last decades. A clean and vibrant Albariño, which shows the identity of the Salnés area, refreshing acidity, complemented with volume and a fatty palate that receives from its light ageing on fine lees during its stay in stainless steel tanks. Fantastic with shell preserves, shellfish, seafood, seafood in general, and also with any cold aperitif.
