Smell

Scented, fragrant. Important presence of red fruit - fresillas wild, frambuesa-. Vineyard peach, melon, pear water -. Herbal notes - hay, dill floral -Toques reminiscent of linden. It brings a hint smoky complexity.

Taste

broad and powerful entry. Important fruit weight and volume in its path, unctuous texture, vinous. Closes the sustained refreshing acidity which merges with a amargosa note. Long persistence.

  From the heart of the Penedes region, in Sant Sadurni de Noia, Gramona brings us the know-how and tradition of 139 years of history together with a pioneering viticulture based on organic and biodynamic viticulture. Infanterrible, is a Gramona project with wines made after years of stories lived in relation to each wine, to each variety. Wines that are usually created in spite of trends, against the tide, and that sometimes manage to create them. Pinoteamo 2017 is the result of a blend of Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc. Pale golden yellow with great olfactory complexity and a wide range of fruit.

Based on the meticulous observation and treatment of factors that influence our land and in its habitat. We do not apply herbicides or chemical pesticides, we use natural resources with the main objective of preserving the balance of the environment and maintaining spontaneous vegetable covers to get fluffy floors.

Making notes

Harvest manually, use selection table, gravity entrance. Cooling the grape, pressed from the entire cluster, meticulous franchise of the must. 50% ferment in stainless steel tanks and the other 50% of the wine ferment in various use barrels, does not seek contribution of wood but a slight mineralization. Spend 3 months in contact with your yeasts.This wine stays a minimum of 6 months in a bottle prior to your departure to the market.
