Look

Intense raspberry pink trim bright coppery-pink.

Smell

Good intensity, evokes freshness from the beginning. Intense red fruits: fresillas wild raspberries, gooseberries. Mediterranean herbs: fennel, lavender.

Taste

Input tasty, good structure, bubble crisp, thin and well-integrated. Vinous and dry in its path. In the aftertaste, the red fruits are manifested with balsamic tones. Final pleasantly refreshing.

From the heart of the Penedes region, in Sant Sadurni de Noia, Gramona brings us the know-how and tradition of 139 years of history together with a pioneering viticulture based on organic and biodynamic methods. Gramona Rosat Brut Pinot Noir Eco 2017 is a Corpinnat sparkling wine that is produced with a manual harvest grapes. This sparkling wine is aged for 24 to 30 months. With a dosage of 6 grams per litre of residual sugars to compensate its polyphenolic load.

Notas del Viñedo

Based on the meticulous observation and treatment of factors that influence our land and in its habitat. We do not apply herbicides or chemical pesticides, we use natural resources with the main objective of preserving the balance of the environment and maintaining spontaneous vegetable covers to get fluffy floors.

Making notes

Harvest manually, use a selection table and grapes enter gravity. Make maceration to obtain color extraction and subsequently carries out bleeding based on the vintage. This sparkling has a foster period of 24 to 30 months. With a 6-gram dosage per liter of residual sugars, thus compensating their polyphenolic load.
