Straw yellow with greenish reflections.

Smell

High aromatic intensity in which all the Verdejo varietal grape fan opens. Assembled citrus aromas with herbaceous and aniseed.

Notas del Viñedo

Viñas located in wheel, chickens and dry (Valladolid) at 750 meters of altitude. Planting in Espalia.are of 308 hectares of own vineyard in total. 15-year-old vineyards on a structured, balanced, stony and frank-sandy texture.

Making notes

Mechanical and nocturnal vintage. It takes place during the month of September.Felligence in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature between 14 and 16 ºC. Fermentation lasts between 12 and 16 days.
