Description of Viña Real Rosé
Viña Real Rosado of CVNE winery, a rosé of little color and with predominance of primary aromas elaborated by means of a 'coupage' of Garnacha, Tempranillo and Viura. This vintage, marked by the high level of rainfall, required a very selective harvest. The result is a wine with floral aromas and notes of stone fruit, with a strawberry and citrus background and an elegant, balanced and rounded passage through the mouth. Ideal for drinking alone or with accompaniment.

CVNE controls around 545 hectares located in the subzones of Rioja Alta and Rioja Alavesa. The vineyards of the high rioja, from which the grape come for the wines of this winery, are characterized by being clayed soils - calcareous, clay-ferrous and allovers.Making notes
The collection of the grape is carried out at the ideal moment of maturation. Once the varieties Garnacha, Tempranillo and Viura enter the tank and after a few hours of maceration, we make a bleeding by gravity without mechanical press, to get a must that we will feature for 20-25 days at controlled temperature, always less than 16 degrees. With this we managed to keep the primary aromas intact.Climatología
