Description of Sommos Colección Cabernet
Sommos Coleccion Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 comes from one of the poorest soils of the property in the D. O. Somontano, Finca Torresalas. Its best cabernet sauvignon vines grow on limestone soils with a very low organic material content. From a selection of the best raw materials this wine is born and has been aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels. It is an intense and well structured wine that displays the archetypal notes of the variety, notes of cassis, ripe red and black fruit, spicy and balsamic notes, and a long and persistent finish that makes it suitable for the most intense meats, stews with a lot of concentration of flavor and game. In addition to being able to finish off any meal with a table of ripe cheeses.
