Vineyards located in the gates (Luján de Cuyo) and Paraje Altamira (UCO Valley) at a height of more than 1,070 meters above sea level.

Making notes

Skewing of clusters and mild breakage of berries. Fermentation at controlled temperature and maceration for 21 days of average, alternating comeback and "Delestages". Breeding between 12 and 14 months in French oak barrels from one to four uses. Bottle rest for 6 months.
