Description of ROSE NIETRO
Nietro Rosado 2019 is a rosé wine made with old Garnacha vines in the D. O. Calatayud, specifically from the Sierra de Pardos at an average altitude of 850 mts. The grapes are destemmed and macerated for 6 hours with their skins before bleeding. The result is a lush rosé full of red fruits and floral notes, refreshing but full of flavor. Perfect with summer dishes, and soft cheeses, but also ideal for white meat dishes and cold cuts of meat.
