  Pingus Psi 2018 is a mature, concentrated red wine, notable for the almost testimonial use of Garnacha in the final blend with the Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) and its vinification in the new winery designed specifically for the production. On the nose it presents aromas of toasted notes, pepper, roasted coffee, burnt caramel. On the palate it has a good attack, structured, ample, marked tannins with potential, tasty. Perfect for pairing with meats and roasted vegetables.
