Description of Ossian

Ossian 2018, a white verdejo aged from pre-phylloxera vines and fermented in barrel with a different expression than what we are used to in the whites of this variety. A tasty white, unctuous and that remains in the aftertaste. It has a remarkable complexity that translates into the finesse and depth of a high-flying white. A whole wine heritage that is also cultivated under the principles of organic farming.

Preciloxeric centenary vineyards, on frank foot, planted in a glass, with certified ecological culture.

Making notes

It started on September 18 and ended on October 9. Vintage manual in boxes of 15 kilograms. Rigorous inspection at selection table. Whole clusters without descalillar and pressing very soft. The aging was slow and calm, with newspapers on their lees, until completing 9 months in barrel.
