Making notes

When the grape reached its optimal maturity, the vintage was performed overnight, and the grape was transported and received in the cellar to proceed with its cold maceration, in order to obtain a more structured and fruity wine. After the careful extraction of the flower must by an inert static in an inert atmosphere, the alcoholic fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature to preserve all the fruit aromas of the wine.
