Tasting notes

Look

A beautiful golden color, and foam superb abundant fine bubbles.

Smell

Vivacious notes of white fruit (peach, apple), honey, grapefruit, toast and dairy own memories of the variety.

Taste

Mouth shown energetic, with clear freshness, considerable intensity and creaminess fab. The finish is elegant and very persistent.

Description of Juve & Camps Milesimé Brut

Juve & Camps Milesimé Brut is one of the most outstanding cavas of the Juvé & Camps winery. An exuberant cava with great persistence. A safe bet to bring elegance to any celebration. Cava Reserva Brut is made only in the best vintages from the free-run juice of the chardonnay grapes grown in the Can Rius vineyards on the Espiells estate.

Making notes Juve & Camps Milesimé Brut

Notas del Viñedo

It is the largest of the farms, with 200 hectares of vineyard in the areas of more recognized winemaking quality of Alt Penedès, the lap of Montserrat, Emerged Mountain Mountain millions of years ago, which presides over the vitivinícola region and protects it from the winds Cold north. Old vineyards, loaded with history -Espiells is the name of a small Romanesque chapel of S. IX-, planted in poor, well-drained, clay-calcareous land, at an altitude between 180 and 245 meters. There we found the emblematic vineyard of La Capella, where our qualified place cava is born, with which it shares name. Optimal land for the cultivation of traditional Macabeum and Xarel·lo varieties, and in which the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir have perfectly adapted.

The Milsimé is a Brut reserve made only in the best vintages from the flower of the grapes of the Chardonnay variety that grows in the Vineyards of Can Rius, within the Espiells farm. 24 months of average in bottle.
