Glárima Jóven Tinto is a blend of Merlot and Tempranillo grapes with a young and fun profile. This red wine has spent 3 months in barrel where it has been aged on its lees, which has provided it with fruity and floral aromas, as well as a complexity typical of the barrel. A young wine that has won the silver medal at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles and the gold at the Grand Bacchus National Competition.

Notas del Viñedo

Grape cultivated in the vineyards surrounding the winery, led in high backing of unilateral royat cord. Drip controlled irrigation, with a plantation density of 4.115 strains / ha and a production of 8,000 kg / ha. High average vigor soils whose production is regulated with the use of natural vegetable covers.

Making notes

Preferred maceration of 72 hours. Alcoholic fermentation with selected yeast and controlled temperature between 24 and 26ºC. The plots are fermented separately in stainless steel deposits.
