Description of Contino Viña Del Olivo Reserva

The grapes were destemmed and macerated at a controlled temperature for 15-20 days. The must was fermented at 28-30ºC in 10,000 L wooden vats and aged in new French and American oak barrels for 17 months. It remained in wooden vats for a further 3 months, after which it was refined. A wine with great strength that perfectly synthesizes the quality of one of the most singular plots of the estate. An oenological jewel from Contino with many years of future in the bottle ahead of it.
