  Castell D’Ordal Brut Cava is made with Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada grape. If you pour the cava in a glass, you will see that it has a pale yellow color and a persistent crown of bubbles. In the nose Castell D’Ordal Brut presents medium-intensity floral aromas. On the palate it is fresh and smooth, with right acidity and medium aftertaste. Castell D'Ordal Brut makes a perfect pairing of appetizers, desserts, tapas and pinchos.
