Descripción de Anayon RosadoDescription of Anayon Rosado

Anayón Garnacha Rosado clearly shows that Cariñena is capable of producing refined and characterful rosé wines. Every time I taste it, I appreciate its balance between aromatic intensity and clean freshness. This is not a simple, lightweight rosé — it has personality, structure and a well-defined texture. It is vibrant, expressive and gastronomic, yet it keeps that effortless drinkability that makes it perfect both as an aperitif and at the table. A serious, modern rosé with precision and identity.

Why Choose This Wine?

Because it is a Garnacha rosé with clear identity and true balance.
Because it combines aromatic intensity and freshness without excess.
Because it represents the modern and gastronomic side of Cariñena.
Because it is versatile, expressive and very easy to enjoy.

Elaboración Anayon RosadoMaking notes Anayon Rosado

Notas del Viñedo

Garnacha vineyards located in elevated areas of the Campo de Cariñena region. Altitude approximately 600–700 meters above sea level. Stony, well-drained soils that provide structure and concentration. Continental climate with strong day-night temperature variation, preserving natural acidity. Carefully selected harvest to maintain balance between ripeness and freshness.

Making notes

Short skin maceration to obtain delicate color and clean aromatic expression. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. No oak aging, in order to preserve primary fruit character and varietal freshness.
