Altanza Rosé (previously known as Lealtanza Rosado) is a completely new rosé wine made by Wineries Altanza in La Rioja with the Tempranillo variety. It is made using the traditional bleeding technique. After destemming the grapes, it is macerated in stainless steel tanks and then fermented with its lees at about 16ºC. The result is a wine with a softer color, with strawberry, gummy and citrus flavors. Very easy to drink. The pairing includes vegetables, vegetables, fish and/or tempura.
