Conoce la Bodega
Numanthia was founded in 1998 by the Eguren family and since 2008 belongs to the luxury group LVMH (Louis Vuitton Moët-Hennessy).
Since its beginnings, its main objective has been to produce the best Toro wines that represent the characteristics of the area.
Currently they have 49 hectares of vineyards in the municipalities of Valdefinjas and Toro (province of Zamora), planted with tinta de toro. 20 hectares are planted with 70 to 100 year old vines. The vineyard, made up of several plots facing south/southwest, is at an average altitude of 700 m above sea level and under a continental climate.
The vineyard is trained in short goblet, the grapes are harvested twice: in the vineyard and on the sorting table once in the winery.
The winery is located in the village of Valdefinjas, in the heart of the Toro DO.
Descripción de TermesTermes 2015comes from Numanthia Termes wineries and brings us a red wine with D.O. Toro.Elaborated with the youngest vines of Numanthia that are between 30 and 50 years old, this Termesse shows generous and with the most fruitful expression of the Tinta de Toro. A wine with personality and very good value for money that surprises with its intensity and freshness.
